Saved me $2,500!

I called my regular guy who said I had a crack in my 20 year old heat exchange[r] and I needed a new furnace. ( In addition he mentioned that I had a rat problem.) I got Dan Goss ( of Dekalb C.A.R.E.) for a second opinion. Not only did I not have a crack in the heat exchanger, but my furnace was only 9 years old – not 20. Dan HEPA vac-ed the rat droppings, reconnected a wire, and replaced my filter with the correct kind (as my old guys had been using the wrong one.) I will NEVER use anyone other than Dan again.
